My Two Week Progress with Optavia

I have completed two weeks on the weight loss and healthy habits program with my coach Karen. She has been there for me, every step of the way. I began my journey on November 30th, at a weight of 269 pounds. Two weeks later, December 14th, I weighed 255 pounds, for a total loss of 14 pounds!
My wife has told me I am sleeping more soundly! I’m waking up not feeling groggy. I’m not tossing and turning every couple of hours! My energy levels are coming up. My stress levels have gone down immensely. I’m more focused with my work. When I’ve gone on walks, I’ve been able to throw in some light running, without soreness or discomfort. I still have some inflammation, but it’s not near the levels I was experiencing. I haven’t felt this way in years!
When I first heard about the program, I saw the results from Karen, and other people. I thought, I can do this! I’m willing to make the changes to better not only my health, but to lose the unwanted pounds. I know results will vary; but, with the right attitude, some sacrifices and an awesome coach, why not me? If you’ve been debating on losing weight, or have been struggling to lose weight, which was the case for me, why not you? I cannot express how excited I’ve been, seeing the pounds come off! I realize there may be some weeks where I don’t lose as much as others, but, I’m sticking with it, not getting discouraged, and forging on. I love this program and partnership with Karen and Optavia!
